然后销售端总是抱着物流专员不可信的想法,自己去找海湾国铰接车客户指定货代询价。该货代的报价远高于市场价格,比正常货代的报价高了20丑国币\/方,而且还得到日本中转。
林峰专门负责跟货代船东联系,知道了信息远比那个货代多,船期方面林峰从货代合作的船东处早就获得相关信息了。
中公供应链的谢逊也提供了中转船期选择,目前12月份唯一可以确认舱位的船期:
16号靠滨海,25号靠中海,1月初从半岛国中转出去。信用证如果15号到期,我司可以倒签预借给贵司,现在就这个选择了。
对于这个方案收货人是无法接受的,因为到港时间可能会是1月底。
这时,蒋政也转了中航的船期信息过来,要求林峰根据确定的船期订舱。
为此林峰把货盘正式给了中航滚装船公司。由于双方第一次合作,中航的标准版合同,法务无法通过,只能商量用海州汽车的版本,可是中航滚装船的法务又认为协议条款对船东太不利,不同意。最终的结果就是双方都让步,林峰在海州汽车的版本基础上进行更改,删除了一些索赔条款,同时纠纷仲裁地改为被仲裁方所在地。
不过最后船期还是有延迟,主要是其他大客户的生产延后,导致中航只能更改船期。整条船就是为了该客户专门安排的航线。林峰只能提前警示船期变化通知并要求更改信用期的最迟发运时间。
销售尽管有抱怨但是还是跟客户协商修改信用证。
Concerning the delivery of 6 units coaches, the latest vessel is around Dec. 25th to 30th, please check the following mail from our logistic specialist.
Actually we have been looking for vessel for these buses since the end of Oct. and pushed the factory to finish the buses around 20th Nov. However, we never expected such a long delay due to cancel of vessel and over booking from Korean and Japanese goods, please understand that it is out of our control. Since you have also checked the vessel from you side, I believe you can understand the exact situation. You may also check the enclosed mail for reference.
Since the latest shipment date is Dec. 16th. In the LC for these 6 units and we are not able to deliver them before that time, please kindly amend the LC as suggested by our documentation specialist below:
The L\/C NO. I119238 need to amend as follow:
1. Field 44c Latest Shipment date to be read as 120110 instead of existing.
2. Field 31d Date of Expiry to be read as 120131
We will try to push for more accurate information for the latest vessel and revert to you accordingly.

We have committed to our finance department and to our customer to deliver these buses by before end of December 2011 due to year end and customer requirement.
We have never faced these kind of situation from your side before but off late all the shipments are getting delayed and our commitment to our customer is not honored and also gives a space for rumors in the market that Haizhou’s stock position is quite weak in the market.
We know this is not intentional but customer do not understand .Kindly look into this seriously and give us permanent remedy for smooth flow of our operation.
